I came across this super advertisement a few weeks ago, and thought it was worth sharing. It is a very clear and effective use of images and draws attention immediately to the cause – access to water. Their website is well thought-out, and the organization is using currently popular social media to promote the cause. Charity: water works with through local partners, utilizing organizations that know the area and are familiar with the issues present and needs of the community.

My husband, Bob, and I worked on water projects in India and the Philippines, teaching the importance of clean water, hygiene and how to build and install CAWST water filters for the household. We worked through a mission organization, Impact Nations. It makes such a difference to the health of a community!

That sounds like a much-needed and interesting job. I see access to clean water as such an easy fix - we have all the technology and abilities needed to provide that to every person, and it is a declared human right, so it is difficult for me to see that so many people still do not have reliable access to clean water. Thanks for sharing your experience!
